Hi! I’m Pam Tokariuk, founder of One Light Spirit Wellness. I specialize in guiding integrative embodiment group practices designed to reduce stress, calm your nervous system, restore energetic balance and renew your spirit.

Through Yoga, Reiki and Sound, I create a grounded environment for you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and align with what matters most to you so you can fully embody your true sense of self. My experience spans studio, corporate, public, educational, private and retreat settings.

My offerings include grounding yoga practices, calming rest and recovery sessions, and meditative sound bath journeys designed to restore inner peace, deepen presence and strengthen resilience.

In today’s high-demand workplace, stress, fatigue and mental overload are the biggest barriers to productivity and creativity. I offer evidence-informed wellness sessions designed to help your team reset, recharge and perform at their best.

Restorative Yoga focuses on gentle, prop-supported postures and longer holds to activate your body’s natural relaxation response. Through stillness and breath, you’ll create space for deep rest, emotional balance and inner calm.

A slow-pace, meditative practice that mindfully blends deeper, longer-held postures (with support options), mindful breathing, meditation and sound, to ease tension, increase range of motion and invite in a sense of grounded stillness.
